Podcast 39 – Jimmy Hamilton with Vortex Optics

Today I talk with Jimmy Hamilton of Vortex Optics, based in Barneveld, Wisconsin. We cover his position at Vortex where he works in marketing and oversees social media content. Jimmy is also the cohost of a podcast called Vortex Nation where they cover a wide range of topics including western DIY hunting, long range shooting, shed hunting, and more.

I’ve been a big fan of Vortex Optics for a long time for a number of reasons. They produce awesome glass, for a great price, and back it up with a no bull shit VIP warranty which he explains a lot further in the podcast. Jimmy then walks us through their line of scopes, binoculars, spotting scopes and range finders that are geared for the western hunter.
