Podcast 41 – Curt Headington with Xpedition Archery

On this weeks episode I’m joined by Curt Headington of Xpedition Archery, a vertical bow manufacturer located in Northeast Iowa. Curt has an extensive background in the archery industry where he owned his own bow shop before becoming the VP of Operations for Xpedition.

During today’s discussion, he gives us the background of Xpedition, it’s new ownership and leadership team, along with moving the company from South Dakota to Iowa in 2018. Xpedition stems from an aerospace manufacturing background which is why they are known for top quality and reliability in all of their bow models. In addition to covering the entire bow lineup, Curt gives us the impressive stats on the Mako X, their 2019 flagship bow that boasts IBO speeds up to 364 feet per second while maintaining a smooth draw cycle and a dead in the hand feel. He also walks us through the various finish and color options that are available for risers, limbs, and strings.

EXCITING NEWS! I’m ecstatic to announce that Xpedition Archery is now a partner of Transition Wild for 2019! For more information on Xpedition and their full lineup of high-quality hunting bows, please visit www.xpeditionarchery.com.
